We are pleased with our new kitchen remodel by Gabbert. All of your staff were accommodating, pleasant, and respectful. Everyone cleaned up each day and communicated with us each day. The team was led most effectively with Jeff as lead carpenter. I felt most comfortable when Jeff was around; I learned to rely on him and respect him the moment he came on the project. Removing the dining room wall has made our kitchen so much more open, bright, and flexible for larger gatherings. Of course, the new lighter cabinets, all new appliances, new light flooring, Cambria countertops, and the backsplash help to brighten the room, as well! And yes, light celery green paint (versus wallpaper) added brightness too. Your team were able to maintain the dining room wallpaper and flooring which we appreciate that allowed for some cost-savings for us. Allowing us to add a sage green random backlash tile into the mix in our pearly white subway tile was also most appreciated. This did cause a delay for all of us, but the outcome was well worth the wait! I have hosted a gathering here recently and seated 16 people comfortably and the flow with our new island worked exceedingly well. They loved our kitchen! Keep up the great work!

A BIG THANK YOU goes out to C.T. Gabbert company and the workers. We were in need of having a partial bathroom remodel. I really did not even know where to begin. I made the call to C.T. Gabbert with questions. I was told to come into the showroom and they would be happy to help me. We were introduced to Caroline and all of our worries were taken care of. The worker that came out to the house was so good and excellent at his work, we were really impressed! Our bathroom is up to date and looks beautiful. This has added resale to our property Thank you for the job well done!

We are so thankful for the hard work all of you put into building our new home! From twisting the insurance adjusters arm to designing, selecting materials, to the long building process and all the finish work, we have a beautiful home we are proud to show off. We love it!!

I am writing this letter in appreciation for the renovation work carried out at our home by George and the team. They have done a commendable job. Gerry and I are totally satisfied. It was an extremely difficult task of renovating a century old house. George and the team working with him has successfully done what was desired by us. The bathrooms have been modernized in the house and have successfully captured the whole essence of our decor. I want to thank George and the team for all the hard work that they have put in. They had to put up with my demands and tolerate my constant questions; especially George. George was always professional, courteous, patient, pleasant to be around and always had a smile. I would like you to convey my appreciation to all of them and especially George. You are certainly lucky to have someone with his talents and dedication as part of your organization. Congratulations on an excellent performance and thank you.

Thank you for the excellent work in remodeling my bathrooms! When I originally met with Caroline, I was only planning to do some “minor updates” to the bathrooms, but with her suggested changes, the bathrooms have now been remodeled beautifully. The crew (Randy, Mitchell, and Joe) were very efficient and dedicated to the work they did! I was very pleased to work with a professional, local business for this project!

Dear Chuck: It is a couple of weeks later and the bathroom remodeling you did for us is holding up well. No problems and no complaints from the ladies in the house, so all is great from that standpoint, plus it looks terrific. No runs, no leaks, no errors. A huge note of thanks to your crew for a superb job. Jeff and Brody were excellent in their carpentry skills as well as in their public relations skills. They did their work neatly, efficiently and professionally, and showed great care and great pride in the job they were doing. I have to mention how impressed everyone was with the great care they took to stage the job, protect the carpeting, and clean up each day before they left. I felt that if they were that meticulous with those little things, the big things would be done just as well. Obviously, we are happy to recommend C.T. Caroline, We just wanted to pass on our thanks for a job well done. We really like both of the bathrooms and are pleased with our choice of products, styles, and colors. Of course, your assistance in the product selections guided us in the right direction. As you know, we were really struggling with numerous trips and time wasted (with no luck) going to the ‘boxstores’. The Gabbert showroom and displays were exactly what we needed to get us pointed in the right direction. We are especially pleased with the look of the Onyx tub/shower surrounds! When we decided to re-do our master bath we had no idea we were so outdated. The nice, dark green fixtures looked pretty nice when we bought our house but we knew it was time for a change. Our first visit to your showroom confirmed that!! We initially intended on getting 3 estimates for this project but decided against that after meeting with you and your staff. Your displays were beautiful and made deciding what we wanted very easy. Working with Caroline was especially refreshing…if she couldn’t bring you out of a bad mood, nobody could. Her knowledge of all the products and her taste in decorating made our decisions easy. The end result could not have been better…the new bathroom is just what we wanted. Our experiences working with you and everyone on your staff could not have been better. From your first presentation to us at the beginning to reviewing the check off list when the job was done, everything was done professionally yet still informal and friendly. The guys who did the job were always neat and everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. (Pat and Brody were there most of the time and were great to be around.) We hope to be able to work with you again. In fact, we will be calling shortly for the shower doors…just like Caroline said.
