I would like to compliment your crew, and especially Joe, for the very professional manner in which the project was completed. Joe was very responsive to our needs whenever a problem would crop up, and did a great job keeping the subs on schedule. Just a note to tell you how much I like my new windows. I washed all of them last week and it was great not to get out the ladder and go outside. Dear Caroline and Chuck, I am writing regarding the recent remodeling work completed by your company this past winter. While we were both very pleased with the end result of the project, I am especially glad we had the pull-out slides installed in the kitchen cabinets. I highly recommend this addition to anyone considering a kitchen remodel. I can’t say enough positive things about the whole process starting with Caroline’s reply to my initial online inquiry. Caroline was excellent with her follow through from the start of the project to the final walk through (and flowers!) upon completion. The work crew was also excellent in keeping us informed of the work progress with the with the communication book. That is an excellent idea and I recommend you continue to use it. Mr. Gabbert, I would like to thank you for the remodeling project you did on our home in Germantown Hills, IL. We learned of your company while touring the Peoria Home Show in February. Your display was very professional looking. My wife & I decided to contact your company. The first person I talked to on the phone was Caroline. She was very professional and informative and put us at ease. We set up an appointment and met with Caroline. When we drove to your business, I was concerned about the area, but once inside your business we were pleasantly surprised. Caroline helped us thru the task of picking out what we needed and matched all the colors. Even though the price was more than we expected to pay, we feel we got our money’s worth. Then the task of starting the actual remodeling began. Your people came in and placed floor protection down. They were very respectful of our home and us. At the end of each day, they cleaned up and bid us a good day. Caroline kept in touch with us constantly to check on the progress. The project of remodeling the kitchen, dinette, hallway, and both bathrooms were major to us. Caroline was in contact with us thru the entire process explaining what had to be done and making sure we understood the process. You have a VALUABLE employee in Caroline. Another employee (Ted) was very professional and an asset to your business. He explained everything to me as he went along so there were no surprises. The guys that worked on bathrooms were there every day, and if they did not like something, they made it right. They treated my house like it was one of their own. The quality of materials is the best, and we have not had a problem with the fixtures or any of it for that matter.

It’s been over a month since our kitchen remodel was finished and we want all involved to know that we are very pleased with the outcome. With the help of Caroline and Devon, we picked out flooring, counter tops, back splash, and new lighting. Each time the workers came with something new we hoped we would like it, and we did! Without their help, we would still be trying to decide on what to get. Chris was our lead person and he did a great job coordinating the work schedule. Pat was the main carpenter and he did a wonderful job of trimming down the pantry to make the new refrigerator fit. Pat is a gifted carpenter. The job started on time and took the amount of time estimated. Cleanup was good and the end product looks great! Thanks to all who had a part in making this happen – floor guy, electricians, plumber, etc. We would definitely recommend Gabbert Construction to others.

I would like to thank you for another excellent remodeling job on the exterior of my home. I asked you about installing siding on the gables and wrapping all my windows so that everything would blend in with my older brick home. I knew I could trust you with all the details.
